The machine consists of a base and frame, a main shaft and its AC servo drive system, a friction sub-disk and a sample clamping device, a test force electro-hydraulic servo closed-loop loading system, an electronic measurement system for various test parameters, a computer and a data acquisition board and It is composed of special control software and other parts. The drive of the main shaft is composed of an AC servo motor and its control system. The system can achieve constant torque output in its entire speed range, and can work smoothly at extremely low speeds, thus realizing the large range of the main shaft without Level speed regulation meets the needs of different researchers. The loading of the test force adopts an electro-hydraulic servo closed-loop system, the size of which is set by the operator on the computer interface, and the application is stable and reliable, thereby avoiding the influence of the fluctuation of the test force on the test results. The system is realized by an electro-hydraulic servo-controlled low-friction hydraulic cylinder to ensure accurate force value transmission. In order to reduce the friction when the test sub-disk moves up and down and improve the accuracy of friction force (moment) measurement, linear bearing guidance is used here; The machine’s spindle speed, revolutions (test period), test force, friction torque (friction coefficient, friction force), friction pair temperature, test time and other parameters are all controlled by the computer. Test data can be collected in real time and the corresponding test curve can be drawn. It can be stored, read, printed out at will, and the data is true and reliable, and no one is affected.
