- The host and medium incubator must be grounded reliably.
- The safety valves in various main boxes of this machine have been adjusted before leaving the factory and cannot be changed arbitrarily. If it is found in the test that there is an overpressure in a certain way of constant pressure and cannot be dropped back, or the pressure cannot be compensated after the pressure is released. , the supplier should be consulted for appropriate adjustments.
- Before the test, the main pressure regulating valve and the one-way blasting hand valve should be opened, the main pressure relief valve should be closed, and then operate according to the operating procedures.
- Fill the water tank of the high-pressure pump with demineralized water, and add demineralized water at any time according to the situation. When using it for the first time or after not using it for a long time, first open the pressure regulating valve and pressure relief valve of the main circuit when using it to let the pressure increase. Run the pump for a few minutes to exhaust the air in the tube, and then follow the operating procedure.
- If the electric contact pressure gauge and the test pressure value of each branch show frequent changes, there may be leakage. Check whether the pressure relief valve of the corresponding branch and main circuit is closed in time, or check whether the sample clamping is tightly installed and each high pressure Pipe connection condition.
- The output high pressure hose cannot be used to lift the sample directly to avoid damage.
- The heater in the medium incubator should be measured regularly, and the water level in the medium incubator should be checked before each use to meet the specified requirements.
- When doing a long-term hydrostatic test, check whether the entire system works normally every morning at work and after get off work, such as: test temperature, test pressure (main circuit, branch circuit), test time, circulating pump and other operating conditions.
- The lower limit setting of the electric contact pressure gauge should be higher than the test pressure value of each branch. Under normal circumstances, the lower limit is adjusted to 9MPa and the upper limit is adjusted to 12MPa.
