Check points before start:

  3. Whether the power supply voltage is normal, too high or too low, will cause damage to the instrument;
  4. Power on and check to see if the software is connected to the machine. Some instruments have a connection icon on the software interface of the metal material testing machine. If the icon flashes, it means the connection is normal.

 

Runtime inspection:

  1. Whether the running speed of the instrument is stable, check whether the machine beam rises or falls smoothly;
  2. Whether the operating speed of the instrument is normal, too fast or too slow indicates that the machine is not normal;
  3. Determine the safe running distance. The metal material testing machine is equipped with overload protection. After setting the safe distance, you can use it with confidence.
