This series machines are widely used for tensile, compression, bending and shearing test for metal materials and also can used for compression and bending test of non-metal materials, like cement and concrete materials. With special accessory, it can also be used for mechanical property test of fastener, bolts and nuts and components.
It adopts 4 columns with chrome plated and 2 leading screws, high stiffness, more stable.
Press button operated hydraulic tensile grips, easy operate.
It’s computer controlled servo hydraulic type, the piston goes up and high precision load cell directly measuring testing force, encoder measuring displacement and electric extensometer measuring specimen’s extension.
The machine is calibrated according to ISO 75001 and ASTM E4. It can do many different kinds of test according to international testing standards, like ISO6892, ISO7438, ASTM A370, ASTM E8 and BS EN standards.
