Testing principle of heat seal tester
The heat seal test uses the hot pressure sealing method to measure the heat seal temperature, heat seal pressure and heat seal time of plastic film and composite flexible packaging materials to obtain accurate heat seal performance indicators. The required temperature, pressure and time are set through the touch screen. The internal embedded microprocessor drives the corresponding opinions and controls the pneumatic part to make the upper heat sealing head move up and down, so that the packaging material can be heat-sealed at a certain heat sealing temperature, heat sealing pressure and heat sealing time.
