Compliance with standards
1.1 Complies with GB/T 17650.1-2021/IEC 60754-1:2019  Test method for gases released during combustion of materials from cables or optical cables Part 1: Determination of the total amount of halogen acid gases.
1.2 Complies with GB/T 17650.2-2021/IEC 60754-2:2019  Test method for gases released during combustion of materials from cables or optical cables Part 2: Determination of acidity (measured by pH) and conductivity.
Scope of application
2.1 Used to measure the total amount of halogen acid gases other than hydrofluoric acid released during combustion of mixtures based on halogenated polymers and mixtures containing halogenated additives taken from cable or optical cable structures.
2.2 Used to measure the acidity (pH) and conductivity of gases released from materials on various components of cables or optical cables during combustion dissolved in aqueous solution.
2.3 The exceptions specified in the above standards are not within the detection scope of the equipment.
