Lab Asphalt Bitumen Wheel Tacking Testing Machine/ Wheel Track Tester used to measure wheel tracking resistance ability of asphalt mixture against high temperature and supplemental tests of asphalt mixture design.

The constant temperature box adopts external circulation heating method, and the temperature field is uniform.

This machine has automatic temperature control, automatic timing, real-time display of the displacement of the rut, and automatically records the displacement curve and prints reports.

Simultaneously display the time and displacement, time and temperature change curves during the test, which provides a practical basis for scientific research units studying the rutting characteristics of asphalt mixtures.

Adopt absolute temperature sensor to collect temperature, and there is no temperature drift in long-term test (eliminate the influence of temperature drift of general thermoelectric corner temperature sensor on test data for a long time).

Temperature control adopts PWM modulation control, high temperature stability, to ensure no overshoot.

Adopt high-precision A/D (16-bit) and D/A (16-bit) modules to ensure the accuracy and resolution of displacement measurement and temperature control.
