SATRA TM 230 ISO20344 SHOE DYNAMIC WATERPROOF TESTING MACHINE

Introduction:

This SATRA TM 230 ISO20344 shoe dynamic waterproof testing machine can be used to test the dynamic waterproof performance of various finished boots and shoes. The shoes are mounted on the testing machine and connected to an air hose. Water of a certain depth is placed in the water tank, contacting the shoes. The

forefoot of the shoe is bent at a certain angle and frequency, simulating the walking state of a human foot in water. The test measures the time required for water to penetrate from the outside of the shoe to the inside, and the number of bends, or the water permeability inside the shoe at a specified time or number of bends, to assess the wearer’s resistance to leakage during water walking.

Main Functions:

Tests all types of shoes for dynamic waterproofing. A certain amount of colored water is  filled in the tank, and the sample is mounted on the testing fixture of the testing machine. The toe of the test shoe is bent at a certain angle and speed, simulating the walking state of a human foot in water, to evaluate the shoe’s waterproof capability.
