Maeser Water Penetration Tester is used to determine the dynamic water penetration of shoe upper leather. It is applicable to all types of shoe upper leather. Fasten the specimen in the specimen holder of two V-shaped clamps, so than a through is formed under slight tension; and then place 135g of magnetic balls in the through; a water tank filled with NaCl solution is put in place and then run the machine; As long as water permeates through the specimen (or the preset time or numbers is reached), the machine will automatically stop and display the test time or flexing numbers. The initial water penetration and the water absorption can be determined, too.
