IEC60335-1 Black Test Corner

Introduction:

1. The test angle is designed and manufactured according to the “heating” test requirements in Chapter 11 of the national standards(IEC60335-1).

2. The test angle is mainly used to provide environmental conditions that meet the standard requirements for temperature rise testing of various electrical and electrical products. The test angles with different distribution specifications, number of temperature measuring points and external dimensions can be customized according to the actual tested samples.

Technical parameter:

     

Dimensions: 1000×1000×1000mm, or by customer requirement 

Thermocouple: A thermocouple with a diameter of less than 0.3mm. The thermocouple is 2 to 3 meters long (choose one of K type, J type, and T type).

   

Thermocouple layout: all lead out on one wiring block (or optional thermocouple plug and socket)

Copper sheet for temperature measurement: brass sheet with a diameter of 15mm and a thickness of 1mm

Number of temperature measurement points: 120 points (40at the bottom, 40 on both sides, 40 at the top) or as per customer requirements.

Arrangement of temperature measuring points: 100×100mm

Plywood: thickness of about 20mm plywood, Matt black paint on the front, gray film board on the back

Movable part: 4 movable bottom wheels are installed at the bottom, the total height is about 100mm
