ISO 4074 CONDOM AUTOMATIC BURST TESTER

Introduction

The condom automatic burst tester (one chamber) meets the production standard of ISO4074. For the convenience of operation, through the manual interface operation, the instrument can not only automatically and accurately detect, automatically display, automatically record the pressure value, volume value and use time in the process of inflation test and the instant of condom explosion, but also provide the function of automatically printing test results.

Testing Principle 

Put the condom on the blowing rod and fix it on the fixing device. Inflation is carried out at  (24~30) dm³/min. The condom is expanded until it is blown up. The screen automatically records the burst pressure and the volume of inflation; if the condom is not leaking, the blasting volume and pressure are measured and recorded. The blasting volume is expressed in cubic decimeters, rounded to 0.5dm³ And the blasting pressure is expressed in kpa, rounded to 0.05kpa.
