Introduction:

The yarn hairiness tester is used to measure and analyze the hairiness index of the yarn, and carry out automatic testing and statistical analysis on the length, quantity and distribution of hairiness.

Features:
1 The test method adopts the projection counting method, which is in line with the national textile industry standard.
2 The detection system adopts digital camera technology, and an industrial high-speed digital camera is composed of an industrial-grade image sensor, an optical imaging system and a new high-speed single-chip microcomputer.
3 The clear image and micron-level image sensor brought by optical imaging technology make the test hairiness length more accurate.
4 The whole process from testing to data processing is digitized to realize a real digital hairiness meter.
5 Due to the adoption of new technology and the closed-loop automatic adjustment of test parameters to make the test conditions stable, the instrument has the characteristics of good test data stability, good consistency, and no significant platform difference.

Parameter:
Applicable yarn types: cotton, wool, linen, silk, chemical fiber pure spinning and blended staple fiber yarn.
Hairiness length to be tested: the hairiness index of eight hairiness lengths ranging from 1 mm to 8 mm can be measured simultaneously at one time.
Hairiness length setting accuracy: 0.03 mm, hairiness length testing accuracy: 0.03 mm.
Hairiness resolution: 0.5 mm.
Test speed: 30 m/min ±1%.
Yarn test segment length: 1 ~ 100m can be set arbitrarily.
Continuous test times: 1 to 100 times can be set arbitrarily.
Data statistics: data average value, CV%, range, hairiness index and histogram of single tube and multi-tube yarn.
