ZXQ-2S Metallographic Sample Touch Screen Automatic Mounting Machine

This machine belongs to the automatic metallographic sample mounting machine. It has the function of cooling in and out of water. It is suitable for all materials (thermosetting and thermoplastic). After setting the inlay parameters such as heating temperature, heat preservation time, force and so on, put the sample and inlay material, cover the gland, press the working button, it can finish the mounting press work automatically, no need of the operator on duty beside the machine. According to different requirements of the sample, it can randomly select and replace the molds of four specifications, and it can also press two samples at the same time, the preparation capacity is doubled.
