Introduction:

Glove impact resistance tester聽used for testing the impact resistance of protective gloves against mechanical hazards. They are widely used by special labor protection equipment supervision and inspection stations, safety production research institutes, product quality inspection institutes, and glove production and user units.

Testing Standards:

EN 388 EN 1621 EN 13594

Featuers:

  • The overall control system adopts a PLC touchscreen control structure. All related operations can be completed through the touchscreen.
  • The dynamic force sensor uses American PCB ICP technology, ensuring high accuracy.
  • The touchscreen automatically displays and locks the maximum dynamic force value.
  • The dynamic sensor calibration sensitivity can be input via the touchscreen for easy calibration.
  • Height is automatically acquired and processed by an encoder. The touchscreen can set and display the height in real time, automatically stopping the lifting when the set height is reached.
  • The lifting and release parts of the impact hammer both use a guide rail structure to ensure smooth descent.
  • The release device uses pneumatic release with an audible alarm before release.
