Introduction:

Insulator Locking Pin Testing Machine is suitable for testing the tension of W and R type locking pin systems; it is also suitable for testing porcelain insulators, glass insulators or two pieces in series, and testing single composite insulator locking pins.

 

Feature:

(1) Operating load test of R-type locking pins and W-type locking pins for various insulators;

(2) The testing machine is equipped with two types of push-pull fixtures for different insulator locking pins;

(3) The testing machine can quickly clamp various insulators, such as porcelain insulators, glass insulators, and composite insulators;

(4) The servo control of the testing machine should have the characteristics of low power consumption, stable operation, and ultra-low noise;

(5) The testing machine should adopt a full-featured digital control system, which should have a load closed-loop control function. The testing software of the testing machine should have clear functions, a clear interface, reasonable layout, and simple operation.

(6) Connection: For the R pin, use a suitable device to apply a tensile load to the eyelet of the R pin along its axis. For the W pin, use a rectangular steel rod with a cross-section of F5×T (JB/T8181) to apply the load on the two arc ends of the W-shaped pin along the axial direction

(7) Suitable for testing 70kN/120kN, 210kN, 300kN, 420kN, 550kN, 830kN locking pin systems (marked as 16, 20, 24, 28, 32, 36 respectively).

(8) It is suitable for testing one piece or two pieces of porcelain and glass insulators in series, and testing within the locking system of a single composite insulator.

(9) It is suitable for measuring the axial and radial deviation of porcelain and glass disc insulators.

(10) Equipped with a complete safety control and protection system to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment on site when emergencies occur under different operating conditions
